Hannon House is situated on the Bitterroot River, making it an ideal location for fishing, boating and more.
Fishing: Montana state license required. Fishing is permissible year round. We practice catch and release and recommend that practice to our guests. A private boat launch is located on the property. A public boat launch is located across the river.
Boating: Drift and float boats can be launched from the site or at several launch locations near the property. Kayaks, canoes, tubes and rafts are often found on this stretch of the river. Painted Rocks Reservoir and Lake Como both provide launches for both sail and power boating.
