At Hannon House, our mission is to provide our guests with an unforgettable vacation experience. A space where our guests can escape the stresses of everyday life and enjoy time in a peaceful, country setting.  Whether you are here to fish, hike, ski, hunt, or just check-out from reality, Hannon House is your home away from home! 

Our Property

Our Cutthroat Cabin and Westslope Suite are part of a historic homestead, dating back to the 1880s.  We sit on the banks of the Bitterroot River, 3 miles south of Darby, MT.  The Cutthroat Cabin sleeps up to 6 people, and the Westslope Suite accommodates 2 people.  Hannon House is the base camp for your wildest dreams!

    We offer two vacation rentals including a one-bedroom bungalow and a 2 bedroom with a fully stocked kitchen.  If we are unable to accommodate you, we can point you in the right direction!

    You can make a reservation by contacting us through our website, email, or phone number.  Also, check out our Booking page.  We have links to all platforms that we partner with.  

    Our cancellation policy varies depending on the platform that you book through.   Please note that if you book direct, cancellations with less than 14 days' notice will have a 50% cancellation fee.

    Yes!  If you would like your dog to join you on your vacation, you must call and speak with us prior to booking.  We have livestock on our property and we have strict protocols for visiting dogs.  

    Yes!  Lots of room to run through the pastures and explore along the riverbank. However, please supervise children as the river can run high and fast.  We also have a creek and a small pond that young children need to be careful of.  

    Are you a fan of the hit show "Yellowstone"?  Well, you're in the right place then.  The Dutton Ranch is just 2 miles north of Hannon House.
